Purpose of the Position
Perform administrative tasks within the Training Administration Department to ensure the effective delivery of training programs for PEP Dynamos across Stores, Distribution Centres (DCs), and Central Office (CO).
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage all training courses and maintain the training calendar
- Coordinate delegate nominations for training programs
- Manage training databases and maintain accurate records
- Book internal and external training venues as required
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, shuttles, and car hire
- Process and reconcile SAP invoices related to training
- Respond to queries from various stakeholders regarding training administration
- Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, and telephone correspondence
Job Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- 2–3 years’ experience in learning and development administration is advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in arranging conferences, including accommodation and travel arrangements
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Google Workspace or similar software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
