Purpose of the Position
Lead and manage a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, reducing risks and stock loss, overseeing administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase sales through excellent customer service and maintaining world-class store standards
• Maintain the store image through effective stock management, merchandising, and promotional execution
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a positive store culture and following security, stock, and cash handling procedures
• Manage operational costs in line with the company’s low-cost culture
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and according to company guidelines
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate a dynamic store team to achieve high performance
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the store

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficient in English
• Relevant tertiary education (degree or diploma in business or retail management) is an advantage
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role preferred
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite)
