Tekkie Town is seeking a motivated and customer-driven P45 Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving strong store sales performance. The role focuses on providing superior customer experiences through effective merchandise presentation, supporting daily operations, and maintaining high retail standards. The P45 Sales Assistant will ensure accurate stockroom administration, manage mark-downs and lay-byes, and support consistent merchandise replenishment and housekeeping to create an organized and welcoming shopping environment.
Qualifications
• Matric (Grade 12)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Previous sales experience required

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Protect company assets including stock, cash, physical assets, staff, and customers through strict adherence to company policies and procedures
• Ensure effective implementation of store and department layouts
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
• Maintain accurate stockroom administration, including mark-downs and lay-bys
• Ensure effective merchandise replenishment and maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store
