About the Program
Truworths is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Quality Auditor to join our Cape Town team. This role is ideal for a passionate retail professional who enjoys challenges, continuous learning, and maintaining high-quality standards across manufacturing and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor quality control of goods produced at CMTs and service providers, including cutting, printing, embroidery, pleating, and finishing services.
• Liaise with Design Division Garment Technologists, technical teams, operations managers, and planners on quality issues.
• Complete AQL and S4 reports to Truworths standards.
• Track, report, and resolve quality issues at factories, implementing action plans and providing mentoring and training for improvement.
• Prepare daily reports for Head Office.
• Manage priority workloads, appointments, and schedules efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in clothing manufacturing within a factory environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior quality assurance or supervisory role.
• Skilled in conducting AQL inspections (Level 2.5 Major, 4 Minor) and compiling AQL and S4 reports.
• Code 8 driver’s license.
• Basic computer literacy; Excel skills advantageous.

• Knowledge of AQL standards.

• Ability to work independently and provide constructive feedback.
