Cellular Consultant – Pepkor Vacancies

Purpose of the Role

The Cellular Consultant is responsible for delivering cellular products and services that meet customer needs while driving sales performance and maximising the profitability of the Business Unit.

Key Outputs

• Achieve individual contract sales targets to maximise Business Unit profitability
• Promote cellular contract products to enhance value and revenue growth
• Process contract applications accurately in line with required procedures
• Engage with customers in a professional and customer-centric manner
• Demonstrate effective self-management and contribute positively to team performance

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification
• 1–2 years retail industry experience
• Knowledge of contract services and cellular products
• Understanding of risk management principles
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of Management Information Systems
• Experience with SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy and Vumatel
• Credit services and sales acumen
• In-depth understanding of IC policies, practices, processes and procedures
• Knowledge of the IC Business Operating Model
• Strong ethical awareness and accountability
• Team-oriented approach
• Customer service focused mindset
• High attention to detail
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Target-driven attitude
