Purpose of the Position
Lead and manage a store team to achieve business KPIs by driving sales, controlling costs, reducing risks and stock loss, ensuring accurate administration, and maintaining world-class store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and consistent world-class store standards
• Maintain store image through effective merchandising, stock management, and promotional execution
• Minimise stock loss by enforcing security measures and adhering to stock and cash handling procedures
• Control costs by promoting efficiencies aligned with the company’s low-cost culture
• Ensure all store administration is completed in line with company policies and procedures
• Lead, train, coach, and manage a high-performing store team
• Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards at all times

Job Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Proficiency in English
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business or retail management is advantageous
• 1–2 years’ experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and/or Google GSuite
