Job Overview
Fidelity Vacancies is seeking Operations Managers for our Robertville branch in Johannesburg. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met efficiently and professionally, in line with client SLAs. This role oversees the posting of Security Officers and ensures that all operational activities are managed effectively and on time.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent
  • PSIRA Grade A/B registration and accreditation, up to date
  • No criminal record or pending cases
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable personal transport
  • 2–5 years’ site supervisory or management experience
  • Proven staff management experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Physically fit and in good health
  • Reside in the greater Johannesburg area or willing to relocate at own cost

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients regarding security services delivered
  • Provide daily feedback and liaise with management and clients
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
  • Prepare and communicate incident, accident, and investigation reports, including obtaining statements
  • Ensure timely posting of Security Officers for full site coverage on day and night shifts according to client SLAs
  • Ensure all Security Officers meet contractual requirements
  • Manage staff discipline and represent the company in CCMA or Labour Court proceedings if required
  • Continuously evaluate service levels and recommend improvements to clients
  • Conduct regular assessments of client premises to reduce risks and strengthen security barriers
  • Audit and verify access registers daily and generate exception reports
