What We Do

From humble beginnings with a single store in De Aar, Pepkor has grown into the largest retail group by store footprint in Southern Africa. Today, the Group operates more than 5,400 stores across 11 African countries.

Pepkor comprises over 30 trusted retail brands, primarily serving the discount and value market segment. This resilient positioning allows customers the flexibility to adjust their spending, buying “up” or “down” according to their budgets and economic conditions.
