About the Program
Truworths is looking for a skilled Planner to join our Buying and Planning teams, working with advanced merchandise systems. This role focuses on sales forecasting, financial management, and strategic product planning to effectively trade and deliver merchandise. Ideal candidates are solution-oriented and enjoy tackling complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Merchandise Buyers and suppliers to optimize product flow.
• Utilize both international systems and bespoke in-house platforms to manage planning.
• Ensure the right mix of merchandise reaches the right stores at the right price and on time.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably within a fashion retail environment.
• Relevant numerical tertiary qualification.
• Familiarity with systems such as Oracle, ProClarity, and PLM is advantageous.
