Clicks Group Careers – Beauty Assistant

Introduction

Clicks Group Careers is looking for enthusiastic Beauty Assistants to join our stores and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will service the entire beauty department by sharing your knowledge, engaging with customers, and supporting sales growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Consultation and Sales

• Advise customers on beauty and skincare products, helping them select products and services that best meet their needs.
• Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to drive sales and consistently meet monthly targets.
• Monitor sales performance, evaluate product success, and provide suggestions to improve offerings and boost revenue.
• Stay updated on beauty product ranges, trends, promotions, and events to provide accurate customer advice.

Operational and Merchandising Responsibilities

• Execute all operational activities in the beauty department, including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and administration.
• Ensure in-store visual merchandising, presentation, and promotional standards are consistently maintained.

Customer Service and Brand Promotion

• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, providing a friendly, professional, and visible presence in the store.
• Promote the Clicks Clubcard and enroll new members to achieve participation targets.
• Enhance profitability and customer loyalty through the promotion of private label and exclusive products.
• Support Clicks’ vision to be the customer’s first-choice health and beauty retailer by actively living and promoting company values.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications and Experience:

• Essential: Grade 12
• Desirable: Relevant beauty or skincare qualification
• Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
