Role Purpose
As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of finished goods, maintaining strong supplier partnerships, and supporting product development processes to ensure market competitiveness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage fast and cost-effective purchasing of finished goods
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and production requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Understand garment workmanship and recommend fabric or construction alternatives where needed
• Ensure critical path timelines are consistently met
• Maintain accurate product briefs and ensure PLM systems are kept updated
• Apply strong commercial instinct to support portfolio growth
• Negotiate styling and cost adjustments to achieve balanced outcomes between Buyers and suppliers
Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience working directly with international suppliers
• Strong administrative capability with excellent written communication skills
• Good computer literacy and systems understanding
• Manufacturing or related production environment experience is advantageous
• Experience managing or supporting a Sourcing Assistant is beneficial
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
